Thursday  Arrival
Pick up from Ben Gurion Airport. Meet tour representative & transfer to TLV. Overnight in Tel-Aviv.

 

Friday In Tel Aviv

A guided walk in Tel Aviv & Jaffa, touring: Rothschild Boulevard, Neve Tzedek, Jaffa -the world’s oldest port city. Day ends with free time at the Nahalat Binyamin Crafts Fair and Carmel Outdoor Market. Overnight in Tel Aviv

 

Saturday  Sabbath

Day at leisure in Tel Aviv. Overnight in Tel-Aviv.

 

Sunday  Traveling north
Weizmann Institute in Rehovot, Zichron Yaacov & Carmel Mizrahi Winery. Daliat El-Karmel - Druze village atop Mount Carmel. Haifa -  Louis Promenade for view of Haifa Bay and Baha'i Gardens. Overnight in Haifa.

 

Monday  In the Galilee
Tiberias - on the shores of Lake Kinneret. Tzfat - walk the old city & visit artists’ colony to meet a Kabala artist . Rosh Pina - one of Israel’s oldest colonies. Afternoon, drive  to Hula Valley, Israel’s first Nature Reserve. Overnight Kibbutz hotel in the Galilee.

 

 

Tuesday   Adventure day

Golan Heights - from Mount Bental a panoramic view of  Upper Galilee, Golan Heights and Syria. Golan Magic a 3-D multi-media adventure.  visit the Golan Olive Oil Mill and Visitor Center. The rest of the day is free! 
Optional afternoon activities: biking, hiking, rappelling, kayaks or gourmet chocolate workshop.

Evening Option (seasonal): lantern tour in either the Valley of the Lost River or Nimrod Fortress. Overnight Kibbutz hotel in the Galilee.

 

Wednesday  Traveling to Jerusalem
Tel Hai Museum - memorial dedicated to Joseph Trumpeldor. Naharayim Experience at Gesher - the "start-up" of the last century. Drive to Jerusalem via  the Jordan Valley. Stop at Mt. Scopus for view of the city. Overnight in Jerusalem 

 

Thursday  In Jerusalem

Old City of Jerusalem. City of David. Warren’s & Shiloah tunnels (Hezekiah’s Tunnel). Archaeological Garden & new Southern Wall excavations (Davidson Center). After dinner - lecture entitled "Behind the Scenes" about Israel’s current events including recent highlights and future plans. Overnight in Jerusalem

 

 

Friday  Massada & Dead Sea

Mount Herzl Military Cemetery. Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial, including the Valley of the Communities. City tour:  Knesset - Israel's Parliament building & the famous Menorah.  Israel's Supreme Court. Israel Museum - Shrine of the Book. Second temple Model of Jerusalem. Neighborhood tour at Mahane Yehuda Market. Sabbath Eve service at the Western Wall. Overnight in Jerusalem

 

 

Saturday  Sabbath
Day at leisure in Jerusalem . Overnight in Jerusalem

Optional: Night tour of the Old City -  light and sound show. Overnight in Jerusalem

 

Sunday  Massada & the Dead Sea
Massada by cable car. Ein Gedi Nature Reserve easy hike. Dead Sea shore - free time at the hotel spa and experience floating on the salty waters. Overnight at Dead Sea hotel

 

Monday  Traveling to Eilat - Red Sea
Jeep tour -  salt pillars and powder canyons. Kibbutz Neot Smadar - organic farming. Timna Park - King Solomon’s Pillars. Overnight in Eilat

 

Tuesday  Departure
Check out and transfer to Eilat Airport for flight to Tel Aviv or Ben Gurion Airport for the international flight back home. End of service.
