Buy your ticket at the “ticket counters”.

Tickets are stamped at the entry & exit turnstiles

When a ticket is passed through the stations’ entry and exit turnstiles, it is stamped; this stamp authorizes the bearer to ride to the destination appearing on the ticket.

A stamped ticket may not be reused.

If a ticket is stamped by the entry turnstile but the bearer does not use it, s/he must immediately go to the station manager and obtain approval to reuse it.

The controllers will carry out ticket control by stamping each ticket. A passenger who is unable to present a valid ticket will be required to pay double the price of the ticket [in accordance with Railway Regulations (fares) 5760-2000].

Passengers with discount tickets must also present the controller with official proof of their eligibility for the discount; otherwise, they will have to pay double the price of the ticket [in accordance with Railway Regulations (fares) 5760-2000].

Passengers must hold on to their tickets until they leave the station.

Anyone who buys a Chofshi Chodshi (Dan Free Month) ticket must fill in his/her particulars on the back; if not, the ticket is null and void.

Animals must be restrained with an adequate means, such as a muzzle; this regulation applies even to animals that are small and pose no threat to the public.
