The Mini Classic Galilee & Golan Tour is non - affiliated theme tour, visitng the Galilee's historical sites, both Jewish & Christian sites, cultural sites and nature related sites. Tour covers some of the highlights in the Galilee & in the Golan Heights, as well as the Jordan Valley. Weekly departures from Tel Aviv.

Classic Galilee & Golan Tour / 3 Days - 2 Nights  Open Theme  - Galilee Mini Tour
Departures : Sunday ( Tour leaves from Tel Aviv) Return : Tuesday (Tour ends in Jerusalem)
Sunday - Caesarea, Megiddo, Druze Village, Haifa Tour departs from Tel Aviv. Drive along the coast to Caesarea, known to be the Roman capital of Judea.  Explore the excavations of the Crusader city, the Roman port, the famous aqueduct and the restored amphitheater - now a glorious active concert venue.  Proceed to Megiddo, identified as the site of Armageddon; visit the archaeological excavations including the well preserved water supply system. Continue to Daliat El Carmel, a  Druze village and enjoy a late lunch at a local restaurant . Proceed via Mount Carmel to Haifa for a panoramique view of the Haifa bay and the Golden domed Bahai shrine and gardens (view only). Overnight in a  Kibbutz guesthouse.
Monday - Safed, Golan Heights, Golan Winery  Travel from Haifa to Safed (Tzefat),  the center of Jewish mysticism. Tour & visit the ancient synagogues and the artists’ colony.  Continue to the Golan Heights to explore some of the former Syrian bunkers, stop by Kuneitra for a fanatstic view over the Syrian Border. Proceed to Katzrin - the new Israeli capital of the Golan Heights.  Stop at the Golan winery for a tour and some wine tasting. Proceed to "Kessem (magic) Hagolan",  a multimedia presentation of the area and it's history. Overnight in a Kibbutz guesthouse.
Tuesday - Sea of Galilee & Nazareth Travel to Nazareth and visit the church of Annunciation. Continue to Tiberias, by the Sea of Galilee & proceed to visit  Capernaum to see the ruins of the synagogue and octagonal church of St. Peter. Short ride to Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus delivered the sermon on the mount . Return to Jerusalem via Beit Shean & Beit Alpha  - to see the remains of an ancient synagoguet, with it's mosaic floor depicting the zodiac. Tour ends in Jerusalem.
