About Kibbutz Amiad
Founded in 1946 by a group of 28 youngsters from Ben Shemen Agricultural Youth Village, it is located in Upper Galilee not too far from Tzfat (safed). The economy of this small community is based on agriculture, but the main source of income is from the Amiad Water Systems Ltd. A company listed on the London Stock Exchange with projects operating in Europe, the United States, Brazil & more.
