Our 1 day tour to Saint Catherine Monastery, includes a visit at the 1,400 years old Greek Orthodox Church, built on the site of the Burning Bush at the foot of Mount Sinai. It departs from Eilat Israel, with minimum 2 participants. This excursion does not include climb to Mount Sinai.

Itinerary	06:00 am - Pick up from Eilat hotels & transfer to Taba border. 06:30 am - Border formalities, meet with Egyptian tour guide and travel to Saint Catherine 09:30 am - Visit the Monastery, including site of the Burning Bush, the Well, Garden & Skull Room. 12:00 pm - Drive to Nuweiba Lunch break on the beach & visit local Bedouin Bazaar 15:00 pm - Drive back to Taba border 16:30 pm - Border crossing and transfer back to Eilat Hotels * Itinerary may change without prior notice, subject to Egyptian authorities and regulations.
Border Crossing Formalities & Visa * Most nationalities do not need an entry visa to Sinaifor 1 ro 7 days tours when entering via Taba (Eilat) Border * Passport must be valid for minimum 4 months ahead of your scheduled entry to the Sinai
Remarks	u On Muslim & Greek Orthodox Holidays the Monastery is closed. u The Monastery is open for visitors only between 09:00 am to 12:00 noon. u Must bring along passport. u Modest dress code required for entering the Monastery(covered shoulders & knees) u Stop in Nuweiba for lunch (included) also offers a "Red Sea Swim" opportunity
Bring Along	Passport, hat, water, comfortable walking shoes, swim suit, towel, day pack & snacks for the way. Warm cloths during winter months (Monastery at elevation over 4,000 ft)
