In Jerusalem the tour begins with a magnificent panoramic view of the Jerusalem and the Judean Desert from Mount Scopus, near the Hebrew University Campus. Proceed to the Old City and enter via Zion Gate, visit Tomb of King David, walk along the Cardo, and view remains of the wall of Jerusalem from the 1st Temple period. Visit the Jewish Quarter and four Sephardic Synagogues from the 16th century. Visit the Davidson Center and tour the Southern Kottel Excavations, the Kottel (Western Wall), and enjoy the Bar-Mitzvah Ceremonies held there every Monday & Thursday. Continue by car to Mea Shearim an ultra-Orthodox community. Drive to Mount Herzl and visit the military cemetery. Proceed for a short visit at Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial.
