Massada & Dead Sea - Day Tour from JLM & TLV

We drive passed the Inn of the Good Samaritan descending through the Judean Desert  to the region of the Dead Sea. Alongside The Dead Sea we arrive at and ascend Masada by cable car to see the excavated remnants of this magnificent Herodian fortress .Here Zealots were overcome by the Romans in 73 CE. Following this visit we drive back along Dead Sea to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of a mud bath and a float in the Dead Sea. On the return journey from our Masada and the Dead Sea tour, view the oasis of Ein Gedi, the caves at Qumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered as well as in the distance Ancient Jericho, the oldest city in the world.
