Start at the Mount of Olives, where you can see the Old City as well as the Temple Mount, Garden of Gethsemane, and the Church of All Nations. In the Kidron valley, you can see the monumental ancient Jewish burial tombs. Experience Mount Zion where the Dormition Church where some believe Mary was assumed to heaven, and the Coneaclum which is the traditional Room of the Last Supper. Visit the Old City through the Zion gate, and walk through the Armenian Quarter to the Church of St. James. After visiting the Kotel, the Western Wall, proceed to Via Dolorosa and follow the stations of the Cross, and end at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Next, cross over into Bethlehem and be met by a local guide. Walk across Manger Square to the Byzantine Church of the Nativity. Pass the Armenian Chapel of Kings (Magi) and enter the Crusader Church. Lastly, stop at the tent-shaped chapel in the Shepherd’s Fields. As we depart, you can see the Field of Ruth in the distance.
