Tour program 

 

8:30 – 09:00 pick up round from Tiberias Hotels & Tiberias Central bus station. Drive north via Katzrin, the modern Golan Heights capital.

 

Proceed for a short walk & view over Deborah Fall (seasonal). Drive up to Mount Bental for a wide scenic view over Syria, Mnt. Hermon & the Hulla Valley. 

 

On to Massa'ade, a Druze Village in the Golan, view over Birkat Ram, a beautiful volcanic crater pool.

 

Lunch break & proceed for a short walk in the Banias Nature Reserve. Travel to Metulla, the northmost town in Israel, for a scenic view over southern Lebanon. Return to Tiberias via Kiryat Shmona.
 

Estimated return: in Tiberias ~17:30 pm

Bring along 
Hat, water, comfortable walking shoes & snacks for the way
(Nov. to Mar. warm clothes)
